小学体育与健康课程多样化的操作性构想

摘要 查阅相关文献和走访调查发现,目前小学体育与健康课程内容单一,部分运动项目课时量较少或缺失以及运动项目学习不连贯,导致小学生的体育运动兴趣难培养,体育运动技能难掌握。而多样化的小学体育与健康课程有利于小学生运动兴趣的培养以及运动技能的习得,有利于小学生终身体育意识的养成。本文对小学体育与健康课程多样化做出操作性构想,其中包括:一是每个班级每周开设一节学校特色体育运动项目课程;二是分年级开设不同的体育运动项目课程;三是加强田径课程教学;四是健康教育课程必不可少。希望体育课程多样化的操作性构想有利于小学生运动兴趣的培养以及运动技能的习得。 Referring to the relevant literature and investigation,it is found that the current primary school physical education and health curriculum content is single,some sports class hours are less or missing,and sports learning is not coherent,leading to the primary school students’ interest in sports and sports skills is difficult to master. The diversified primary school physical education and health curriculum is conducive to the cultivation of primary school students’ interest in sports and the acquisition of sports skills,which is conducive to the cultivation of primary school students’ lifelong sports consciousness. In this paper,the diversification of primary school physical education and health curriculum to make operational ideas,including: first,each class set up a school characteristic sports curriculum every week;second,different sports courses are set up by grade;third,strengthen track and field course teaching;fourth,health education curriculum is indispensable. It is hoped that the Diversified Operational conception of physical education curriculum is conducive to the cultivation of primary school students’ interest in sports and the acquisition of sports skills.
