摘要
目的应用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)结合回顾性心电门控确定出3支主要冠状动脉容积重建的最佳心电相位. 资料与方法本组50例,应用MSCT行全心扫描后用回顾性心电门控技术进行不同心电相位20%~80% R-R间期的容积重建,间隔10% R-R.由2位医师分别对左、右冠状动脉的3D容积重建图像质量及伪影进行分级评分,然后进行对比及统计分析. 结果通过统计分析,右冠状动脉(RCA)、左前降支(LAD)及左旋支(LCX)的最佳重建相位分别是40%~50% R-R间期、70%~80% R-R间期和50%~60% R-R间期.但不同心率的患者仍有一定差别. 结论 MSCT冠状动脉造影(MSCTCA)在一个心电相位不易同时得到3支主要冠状动脉的清晰图像,要分别针对不同的冠状动脉血管进行重建,要因人而异、因心率而异.
Objective To find out the technique of retrospective gating to optimize reconstruction of multi slice computed tomography (MSCT) images for each of the three major coronary arteries during the cardiac cycle. Materials and Methods 50 patients with Multi slice coronary CT angiograms were reconstructed at 20% - 80% of the cardiac cycle in increments of 10% . Two independent doctors evaluated image quality, in terms of artifacts and visibility, obtained with three dimensional post processing for three main coronary arteries. Results The fight coronary artery was displayed clearly at 40% - 50% R-R, the left anterior descending artery was best visualized in at 70% - 80% R-R of the cardiac cycle, and the left circumflex artery was 50% 60% R-R. There were difference in different heart rate. Conclusion It is diiticuh to get optimal image quality of three coronary artery with only one fixed time point in the cardiac cycle. The image reconstruction window for CT angiography of the coronary ar- teries should be adapted to each coronary artery and to heart rate of each patient.
