摘要
目的:探讨可变螺距(VHP)技术在320排CT急性胸痛三联检查中的可行性.方法:连续收集44例采用320排CT行胸痛三联检查的患者,与54例单独行320排CT主动脉成像、52例肺动脉成像及48例冠状动脉成像患者生成的图像分别进行对照,针对患者基本资料、图像质量及辐射剂量使用SPSS19.0软件进行统计学分析.结果:两组患者性别构成比、年龄差异对比无统计学差异.三联组与对照组中主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉图像质量的优良率对比,均无统计学差异(P>0.05).三联组与对照组中降主动脉、右冠状动脉中段、左主干、左冠状动脉前降支近段、左冠状动脉前降支中段、左冠状动脉旋支近段及左冠状动脉旋支远段血管强化CT值不同,有统计学差异(P<0.05),以上所有血管增强CT值均大于300 HU.两组患者剂量长度乘积、有效剂量结果对比,均有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:VHP技术可以一次扫描完成急性胸痛患者主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉的CT血管造影(CTA)检查.与单纯主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉CTA成像对比,图像质量无区别,对于急性胸痛病因的诊断具有极其重要的意义.
Objective:To explore the feasibility of variable helical pitch(VHP)technique in triple row examination of acute chest pain with 320 row spiral CT.Methods:Forty-four patients with acute chest pain were scanned by TRO 320-row spiral CT,which were then compared with the images created separately for aortic(54 samples),pulmonary artery(52 samples)and coronary CTA(48 samples)by 320-slice CT scanning.The patients basic information,subjective score of image quality,and radiation dose were statistically analyzed with the software SPSS 19.0.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).CT indexes of the descending aorta,the middle segment of the right coronary artery,the left main coronary artery,the proximal part of the left anterior descending artery,the left anterior descending artery,the proximal part of the left coronary artery,and the left circumflex artery of the left coronary artery were found significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).All CT indexes were higher than 300 HU.There was statistical difference in DLP and ED between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:TRO with VHP technology is a noninvasive,repeatable and reliable scanning method.Compared with the single aorta,pulmonary artery and coronary artery CTA images,there was no difference in image quality between the two methods,and therefore,this technique may have great significance in diagnosis and treatment of acute chest pain.
