实时对比超声定量评价脑组织血流灌注的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨应用实时对比超声定量评价犬脑组织血流灌注的可能性。方法健康杂种犬6条,静脉麻醉后气管插管,呼吸机辅助呼吸。Doppler血流仪实时监测双侧颈总动脉血流量。实验犬左侧顶骨开窗暴露硬脑膜。Sequoia 512超声心动图仪,探头方向选取左侧顶骨冠状面水平。通过调节呼吸频率及潮气量造成实验犬高通气和低通气状态,采用实时对比超声定量评价脑组织血流灌注情况。对图像进行脱机分析,得出脑组织微循环血管容积(A)、血流速度(β)及血流量(A×β)。对基础、高通气状态及低通气状态下所有A×β值与颈总动脉血流量进行相关性分析。结果通过声学造影获得的脑血流量(A×β)与颈总动脉血流量具有良好的相关性(r=0.977,P<0.001)。结论实时对比超声可以用于定量评估脑组织血流灌注。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of real - time contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEU) assessment and monitoring of cerebral blood flow. Methods Cerebral peffusion was assessed in 6 dogs through a craniotomy with CEU at baseline and during hyperventilation and hypoventilation. Cerebral microvascular blood volume (A), microbubble Velocity (β), and blood flow (A ×β) were calculated from time- versus- acoustic intensity relations. Blood flow of common carotid arteries were measured successively by ultrasonic flow probes. Results Good contrastographic pictures obtained by CEU in all dogs. A good correlation was found between A × β derived from CEU and blood flow of common carotid arteries measured by ultrasonic flow probes. Conclusion CEU is a good noninvasive technique to quantify cerebral blood flow.
