摘要
目的观察克罗米芬+补佳乐在宫腔内人工授精中的应用,探讨影响克罗米芬的作用因素以提高IUI的成功率;方法回顾性分析了50例病人56周期IUI治疗方案,总结了不同年龄病人用药情况及用药后在注射hCG日病人的子宫内膜厚度、妊娠结局等;结果在57周期克罗米芬+补佳乐/IUI治疗中,妊娠有6例,临床妊娠率为12%,周期妊娠率为10.7%;其中1例为异位妊娠,1例早期流产;结论克罗米芬+补佳乐可改善子宫内膜的厚度,有利于胚胎着床,结合IUI能取得较好的妊娠结局。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of combination of clomiphene citrate with Progynova in intrauterine insemination （IUI） and to investigate the influential factors of clomiphene so as to increase the success rate of IUI. Methods The data from 50 patients who underwent 56 cycles of IUI treatment regime were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received clomiphene ciatrate （CC） ＋ Progynova / IUI. The endometrial thickness （Em）, follicle numbers, serum estradiol （ E2 ） levels on the administration day of human chorianic gonadotropin（hCG） and clinical pregnancy outcomes of the patients with different ages were summarized, Results In 57 cycles of clamiphene ＋ Pmgynove/IUI treatment, there were 6 pregnancies , of which 4 pregnancies were ongoing. Among the three groups, in fertility age, body mass index, basic serum FSH, luteinizing hormone （ LH）, E2, there were no differences （P 〉 0.05 ）. After ovulation induction, in the follicular number on the administration day of hCG there was no difference between CC ＋ Progynova/IUI group and Em in CC ＋ Progynova/IUI group（P 〈0, 01 ）. The clinic pregnancy rate was 12% and the cycle pregnancy rate was 10, 7%, of which, 1 case was ectopic pregnancy, and 1 case had early abortion. Conclusion CC ＋ Progynova /IUI could increase endometrial thinckness, which contributes to implantation of embryo. In combination with IUI, better pregnancy outcomes could be gained.
