摘要
在深入研究温度对光纤法珀液位传感器腔深度影响的基础上,提出一种特别的腔结构设计,可以几乎完全补偿温度对FP腔深度影响,使得腔的温度稳定性很好.这种压力式全光型光纤液位传感器的安装非常方便,特别适合于对已有的装载易燃易爆物质的大型油罐、储液罐等进行自动化监测与管理,也适合于一般工业生产与生活中液位的精密监控.
The impact of temperature to a fiber Fabry-Perot cavity depth is analyzed. A novel design of optical fiber liquid level sensor for compensating the temperature is introduced. The developed structure ensures that the cavity length keeps constant when the temperature changes. The sensor can be applied in the inflammable and explosive circumstance, for accurate automatic measurement.
