摘要
构架式基础是离心式压缩机基础的主要结构形式,这类基础的动力计算是一个复杂的空间结构问题,现大多采用有限自由度体系计算。为了分析动力基础的振动特性,以某炼油厂的压缩机基础为例,建立了动力基础计算模型,通过不同影响因素变化的对比计算,阐述了动力基础的参振质量、顶板刚度、柱截面尺寸、地基刚度等主要因素对基础振动特性的影响。
Frame type foundation is a main structural form for centrifugal compressor. Mostly,the dynamic calculation on this type foundation is carried out with finite freedom degree system. Taking a compressor foundation in one refinery as an example for vibration analysis,the calculation model of dynamically loaded foundation was established. Then through the comparative calculations,the effects of the main factors including vibration participation mass,top plate stiffness,column cross-section dimension and foundation stiffness on foundation vibration were presented.
