摘要
以国内首座非补燃式压缩空气储能商业电站为背景,在对该工程低/高压压缩机转子布置、动扰力取值和振动评价标准进行详细讨论的基础上,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立框架柱-顶板一体化有限元模型,并对压缩机基础进行自振模态分析获取基础自振特性参数,通过强迫振动计算获取不同转速下压缩机基础顶面控制点处振动速度幅频曲线,得出一定的有益结论供同类工程参考。
Based on the first commercial power station of non-supplementary combustion compressed air energy storage in China,the rotor arrangement,dynamic disturbance force and vibration evaluation criteria of the low/high pressure compressor are discussed in detail.Firstly,the integrated finite element model of bottom plate frame column top plate is established by using the finite element method,and the dynamic characteristics of the compressor foundation are analyzed.Then,based on the ANSYS forced vibration calculation results,the vibration velocity frequency amplitude curves at the top control points of the compressor foundation at different speeds are given.Finally,the calculation results are summarized and analyzed,and some useful conclusions are obtained for reference for similar projects.
