高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液对失血性休克大鼠小肠粘膜NF-κB影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液(Hypertonic Sodium chloride Hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection,HSH)对小肠 粘膜核因子-K appa B(NF-κB)的影响,以SD大鼠为实验对象,分别检测休克前,重度休克后以及以HSH和林格氏 液复苏后不同时间点小肠粘膜NF-κB表达情况。结果显示失血后小肠粘膜内炎细胞浸润增加,并出现糜烂和溃疡,小 肠粘膜内炎症细胞和腺细胞NF-κB的表达明显增加,给予HSH复苏后,小肠粘膜形态明显改善,表达NF-κB的细胞恢 复至休克前水平,给予林格氏液复苏组小肠粘膜损伤进一步加重,NF-κB的表达进一步增加。结论:失血性休克发生后, 小肠组织中NF-κB的表达迅速增强,其表达程度与炎性细胞的浸润程度及损伤程度一致,RL复苏可增强肠道组织中NF- κB的表达。HSH能快速抑制肠道组织中NF-κB的表达。 To study the effects of Hypertonic Sodium chloride Hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection(HSH) treating shock,the intestinal mucosal nuclear factor Kappa B (NF-kB) of Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats are tested befor and after serve hemorrhagic shock resuscitation with Lactated Ringer solution and Hypertonic Sodium chloride Hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection.conclutions:the expression of intestinal mucosal NF-kB increase rapidly after hemorrhagic shock; Lactated Ringer solution can increase expression of intestinal mucosal NF-kB,while Hypertonic Sodium chloride Hydroxyethyl starch 40 iniection can decrease the expression.
