摘要
应用有限元数值分析软件ANSYS对所设计的某型号注塑机械手进行数值分析。对该机械手做了模态分析、谐响应分析。针对实际工况,分析机械手的瞬态动力响应,指出该机械手设计的薄弱环节,说明减少动力响应的结构改进途径。结果表明,应用ANSYS可较精确地分析机械手上各节点的位移、应力情况,确定机械手的动力特性,为改进机械手受力状况和结构优化设计提供理论依据。
In order to optimize structure design of the robot used for injection machines, the ANSYS, a kind of finite element numerical analysis software, was applied to the simulation analysis of the robot. The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were presented based on ANSYS. According to the actual behavior of the robot holding up the workpiece, the transient dynamic response of the frame had been simulated and analyzed. The imperfection of structure design of the robot had been pointed out. The results show that simulation is relatively reliable for engineering analysis. The means of reducing the stress and improving structure design of robots are provided by the analysis method.
