摘要
本文对影响栗果的贮藏保鲜因子、栗果的贮藏保鲜技术及栗果加工技术的研究现状及文献进行了较为全面的研究分析,提出今后栗果贮藏保鲜及加工技术研究与发展的方向为:一是加强栗果采前管理研究,为贮藏保鲜及加工提供无公害、病虫率低的栗果原料;二是利用生物技术,从栗果耐贮藏品质上解决贮藏保鲜问题;三是综合应用贮藏保鲜技术,加强栗果深加工产品及机械开发研究,为提高其附加值、促进其产业发展提供保障。
Based on the review of the advance in chestnut fruit fresh preservation and processng, the following steps were put forward: (1) pay more attention to the management of foreharvest to provide nonpollution and healthy chestnut fruit; (2) preserve the fruit quality with biotechnology; (3) increase the additional value of chestnut fruit to facilitate the development of the industry through integrated technology and the research of deep processing and developing.
