利用纵向导波检测充水管道周向缺陷的实验研究 被引量:15

Experimental Study on Circumferential Defect in Water-Filled Pipe Using Longitudinal Guided Waves

摘要 对未充水和充水管道中纵向模态的传播特性进行了研究。在未充水和充水管道中分别激励160kHz和195kHz两个频率的L模态对管道进行了缺陷检测实验。结果表明,在未充水或充水管道中,L模态的频散特性和波结构不同,对缺陷检测的能力也不同,可通过对频散特性和波结构分析选取合适的模态检测管道中的缺陷。 Propagation characteristics of longitudinal modes in pipes filled with and without water were investigated theoretically. Longitudinal modes at 160kHz and 195kHz in pipes filled with and without water are excited and used to detect defects in the experiments respectively. Results show the ability of L modes to detect defects in pipe filled without and with water varies with their dispersion characteristics and wave structures. The analysis of dispersion characteristics and wave structures can potentially be criterions to choose appropriate longitudinal modes for detecting defects in pipe.
