摘要
本文通过研究汉语典故的相关理论以及其在翻译上带来的各种困难,从苏轼的《前赤壁赋》中的典故英译出发,提出英译汉语典故的方法,以及应注意的相关问题。
The paper studies the theories of Chinese allusions and the difficulties of their translation into English, and also analyzes the English version of allusions in “Fu on the Red Cliff”. Then,the paper introduces some approaches of Chinese-English translation for allusions, and something needing attention.
