摘要
目的探讨回春汤对D—半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、回春汤大、小剂量组5组,采用灌胃给药6周后测定指标。选用:血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Gsh—Px)活力为指标,观察回春汤对D—半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。结果回春汤2个剂量组均能提高D—半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的红细胞SOD活力、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活力,降低血清MDA含量。结论回春汤具有良好的抗氧化作用,有助于延缓衰老过程。
Objective To observe the antioxidation of Huichun decoction on aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Mice were divided into blank contrast, aged model, positive control（Vit-E）, Huichun decoction large dose and middle-dose groups,all which will be fed in six weeks, MDA,SOD,GSH-PX were chose as targets to observe the effect. Results In Huichun decoction treating groups, SOD and GSH-PX were incrased and MDA was decreased. Conclusion Huichun decoction has good effects in antioxidation and postponing aging process.
