摘要
目的探讨在校大学生职业兴趣倾向,提出相应择业指导。方法对991名在校大学生采用自我职业选择问卷进行调查分析。结果被试大学生职业兴趣类型的排序为社会型、艺术型、经营型、现实型、研究型和常规型;男、女大学生在常规型倾向上差异有显著性(P<0.05),在现实型、经营性、艺术型倾向上差异有极显著性(P<0.01);大学生职业兴趣倾向在现实型、艺术型、经营型、常规型上的得分基本呈正态分布,社会型、研究型得分普遍较高,方差分析表明各专业学生在艺术型和常规型倾向上差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论大学生尚不能完全了解自己的职业兴趣倾向,运用心理学原理通过多种途径使大学生做出自己正确的职业选择。
Objective To analyze the career interest tendency of college students in Xinxiang city. Methods 1100 college students were surveyed their career interest tendency with Self-directed search inventory （SDS）. The data were analyzed by Spssll. 5 software. Results The order of the college students＇career interest tendency was. social, artistic, enterprising, realistic, investigative and conventional; There was difference in artistic, enterprising, realistic and conventional between genders, the scores of artistic, enterprising, realistic and conventional showed normal distributing, but the scores of social and investigative were high in the mass. Variance analysis shows there was difference of career interest in subjects, especially on artistic and conventional. Conclusions College students have difficulties in understanding their career interest tendency. Psychology knowledge will be used to direct college students to make their right career decisions.
