几种中药材中γ-氨基丁酸的测定 被引量:13

Analysis of γ-Amino Butyric Acid in Several Corn Medicinal Materials

摘要 目的提出γ-氨基丁酸测定前处理一种改良方法.方法采用氨基酸自动分析仪,通过3种前处理方法测定结果与回收率的比较.结果在内标试验中改良方法的回收率高(可达98.48%),比采用常规酸解法(GB/T 18246-2000)提高了12%~13.76%,比乙醇回流-水提法提高7.00%~7.39%.结论在常见几种谷物类药材γ-氨基丁酸测定中,采用该方法取得较理想的结果;其中以稻芽、麦芽中γ-氨基丁酸含量相对较高(分别为0.579mg·g-1、0.623 mg·g-1),其次为红粬(0.419 mg·g-1),而炒麦芽、炒稻芽中的含量相对较低(分别为0.304 mg·g-1、0.209mg·g-1). OBJECTIVE To improve the pretreatment methods of analysis on γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA). METHODS Using HITACHI 835-50 type Amino Acid Analyier by standard analysis procedure of 72min ), three kinds of pretreatment method were compared: acid hydrolyzation (GB/T 18246-2000), ethanol circumfluence extraction method and the adopted improved method. RESULTS The adopted improved method was preferable, the recovery is increasing respectively 12%-13.76% and 7.00%-7.39% then other common method, and the recovery was validated up to 98. 48% by internal standard method. CONCLUSION The analysed result were comparatively perfect with the adopted improved method, for some corn medicinal materials. Among that, the GABA contents in gemmiparous paddy and barley (dry matter) were higher(0. 579 mg·g^-1 and 0. 523mg·g^-1 respectively), and the following was fermented red rice(0. 419 mg·g^-1), saute gemmiparous-paddy and gemmiparous -paddy were lower relatively (0. 304 mg·g^-1 and 0. 246 mg·g^-1).
