摘要
目的:了解念珠菌性阴道炎患者临床感染念珠菌的特点及其耐药情况。方法:对念珠菌性阴道炎患者的标本运用生物梅里埃API20CAUX酵母菌鉴定系统、CHROMagarCandida显色培养基和真菌MIC药敏盒进行病原体的鉴定与药物敏感试验。结果:315例念珠菌性阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物标本中共检出念珠菌211株,检出率为67%,其他33%为非念珠菌性阴道炎。临床分离的念珠菌以白色念珠菌居多190株(90%);其次为近平滑念珠菌15株(7%);较少的热带念珠菌6株(3%)。药物敏感试验显示:临床常用抗真菌7种药物中,氟康唑敏感性为100%;两性霉素B敏感性为99%。耐药性以特比奈酚最高为93%;其次是制霉菌素为82%。结论:念珠菌性阴道炎患者临床分离念珠菌除了白色念珠菌占明显优势之外,还有近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌等念珠菌的感染。氟康唑、两性霉素B等药物对酵母样真菌的敏感性较好,而特比奈酚、制霉菌素的耐药性比较高。
Objective: To study infective character and drug-resistance with candida in candidal vaginitis patients. Methods: Identification and drug-susceptibility were determined by Bliom API 20CAUX,CHROMagar Candida medium and fungus MIC kits. Results: There were 211 candida strains in 315 specimen of candidal vaginal secretion(67%),the others were non-candidal vaginitis(33%).Most of these candida was candida albicans.There were 190 strains(90%),and 15 strains were candida parapsilosis(7%),6 strains were candida tropicalis(3%).Susceptibility with fluconazole was 100% and amphotericin B was 99%, resistance with terbinafin was 93% and nystatin was 82%. Conclusion: Candida isolated from candidal vaginitis were almost candida albicans,a few were candida parapsilosis and candida tropicalis, Yeast-like- candida was susceptible for fluconazole and amphotericin B and resistant for terbinafin and nystatin.
