Processing technology and equipment of degreased soybean powder were introduced. The problems, such as the degeneration of protein in removing the offensive smell of soybean and the higher consumption for concentrating and drying were discussed. These would afford reference for minor enterprises in the technology design and equipment selection of degreased soybean powder.
