摘要
本文采用薄层色谱法,以硅胶G0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠(200mm×200mm)薄层板,环已烷———甲酸乙酯———甲酸(1551)为展开剂,在365nm荧光下,可快速、准确鉴别灵芝孢子胶囊。
Identify praeparation of Ganoderma spores by TLC. The stationary phase is Silica gel G TLC. The mobile phase is Cyclohexaneethyl formmemethanoic acid（ 15 ： 5 ： 1 ） ,and spots were scanned by wavelength 365nm. The established method is accurate and reliable.
