一种制备纳米羟基磷灰石/聚乙烯醇多孔支架材料的新方法 被引量:10

A novel method to fabricate porous n-HA/PVA scaffold

摘要 采用乳化发泡-冷冻法制备了聚乙烯醇和纳米羟基磷灰石/聚乙烯醇两种多孔材料。用SEM对材料进行了表征,结果表明所得样品孔径均匀,孔隙率高,且孔内外贯通,是一种新型的制备多孔材料的方法。文中还讨论了乳化剂op、聚乙烯醇、纳米羟基磷灰石、搅拌速度等因素对孔的大小和孔隙率的影响。 An emulsion foam freeze-drying method for processing two kinds of porous scaffolds based on PVA and n-HA/PVA composites was developed. Porous characterization of the two samples was characterized by SEM. The results showed that the distribution of pore size was narrow with highly porosity of 70 % and a pore size of 100-135μm, and the materials with good interconnections between pores, which proved that it was a useful method to fabricate porous scaffold. Factors that influence the pore size and porosity, for example, the weight percent of surfactant (op), poly(viyl alcohol), n-HA and the stir speed was also discussed.
