摘要
介绍了一种多路激光束的脉宽和功率变化测量系统的构成和工作原理,并给出了系统可能出现的非线性效应和脉冲展宽的数值分析。在此基础上进行了实验,实验结果表明,利用该系统测得的激光束的脉宽展宽比小于5%,而且测量功率变化直观明了。和通常的测量方法相比,该系统复杂性显著降低,并大大节约了测量成本,是一种经济有效的多路光束测量系统。
The configuration and principle of the system to measure the pulse width and the power time history of a multiplex beam laser are introduced,and the mathematic analyses of the probable nonlinear effect and pulse broadening are also given. Based on this system, an experiment is carried out. The results show that the broadening ratio of the pulse width measured by this system is less than 5~ and the power time history looks perspicuously. Compared with the conventional measurement,the complexity and the cost of this system are reduced remarkably, so it is regarded as an economical and effective system to measure multiplex beam laser.
