摘要
反渗透复合膜是将超薄的功能性皮层材料负载于多孔支撑体上而形成的,而膜材料和支撑体可以分别选择,因而有利于实现膜性能最优化.目前制约它进一步广泛应用的难点之一仍是膜污染.反渗透复合膜耐污染性能的表征方法主要有:膜材料平衡水吸收分析、膜表面Zeta电位分析、膜接触角、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、原子力显微镜(AFM).膜污染的主要防治方法:研制开发耐污染膜与复合膜表面结构控制等.
A composite reverse osmosis membrane typically consists of a thick, porous, support layer which was overcoated with an ultrathin active skin layer. Because the material of active layer and support layer are almost always different from one another in chemical composition. Such membrane performance may be optimized. Now one of the difficulties is also the fouling which confine further use of membrane. The antifouling properties may be characterized by analysis of balance water absorb of membrane material, zeta potential measurement, contact angle measurement, and analysis using X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), atomic force microscopy(AFM). The main prevent method of membrane fouling were carried out by research and development antifouling membrane materials and controlling the surface structure of membrane etc.
