摘要
聚乙二醇是一类亲水性长链聚合物.在膜材料表面接枝聚乙二醇,可以有效改善膜的亲水性,提高膜的耐污染性.介绍了聚乙二醇分子结构特征,重点叙述了包括化学法、紫外光照法、等离子体法以及臭氧化法等聚乙二醇在膜表面改性中的接枝方法.膜通过改性,接触角降低,蛋白质吸附显著减少,通量恢复率得到有效改善.
Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) is a hydrophilic polymer which has flexible long chain.The immobilization of PEG on membrane surface is a potent technique to improve the hydrophilicity and anti-fouling ability of the membrane.The molecular characteristics of PEG and its grafting techniques such as chemical,UV photo-induced,plasma and ozone oxidation methods in membrane surface modification are introduced.By the immobilization of PEG,membrane water contact angles are reduced,which means their hydrophilicities are improved,meanwhile the adsorbed amounts of protein are decreased and the flux recoveries are improved.
