摘要
耕地是人类生存和发展的基础,耕地是否被有效的保护直接关系到我国的食物安全和社会稳定,农民作为耕地的直接使用者,在耕地保护方面,尤其是质量保护方面,发挥着关键作用。本文在江西省952户农户调研的基础上,按不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同经济收入分类,对不同群体农民对耕地保护的责任、数量和质量保护及耕地保护政策等方面进行分析,总结了不同群体农民的耕地保护心态,并针对性地提出了相应的对策措施,旨在提高广大农民耕地保护的积极性。
Cultivated land is the basis of existence and development of human being. Whether it is efficiently protected is directly connected to national food security and society stabilization. The farmers, as the direct user of cultivated land, play an important part in the cultivated land protection, especially in the quality protection. Based on the practically questionnaire survey of 952 peasant households in Jiangxi Province, farmers＇feelings among different groups on cultivated land protection are systematically summarized, and relevant countermeasures are put forward according to the analysis of farmers＇ burden, quantity and quality of cultivated land protection and the classification of different age, cultural level and economical income, so as to improve farmers＇ initiative on cultivated land protection.
