摘要 铁是人体必需的微量元素,在体内的含量受着精确的调节以保证机体的正常功能。最近发现的一种含有25个氨基酸的多肽激素海帕西啶是体内铁代谢的重要调节因素之一,在小肠铁吸收、巨噬细胞的铁释放、铁跨胎盘运输等过程中发挥着重要的作用。海帕西啶的过量和不足都会影响铁的内稳态,而发生一系列疾病,随着对海帕西啶调节机制的研究将出现针对一些铁代谢紊乱疾病,如血色素沉着、炎症性贫血等的新治疗方法。 Iron is an necessary microelement in human body and its content is regulated to keep normal physiological function. Recently, Hepcidin, a 25-amino acid peptide hormone, is found to be a central regulator of iron metabolism and play an important role in iron absorbtion in small intestine, iron release from macrophages and iron transportation across placenta. The quantity of hepcidin can affect iron homeostaisis and explain a series of diseases. With research of hepcidin regulation, new therapeutic perspectives for disorders of iron homeostasis, such as hemochromatosis and anemia of inflammation are doveloped
