摘要
研究了用乙二醇(C2H6O2)为溶剂,硫脲(NH2CSNH2)做硫源溶剂热法制备FeS2的反应机理。当反应温度达到300℃后,产物中存在黄铁矿(FeS2),理论分析表明:这些FeS2是磁黄铁矿(FeS)被硫脲分解出的硫化氢(H2S)氧化后形成的。溶液中的碱性环境令FeS不能完全转化成FeS2。另外,由于乙二醇把部分2价Fe离子氧化成Fe3+,实验所获得的最终是FeS,Fe3S4与FeS2的混合物。
Reaction mechanism in preparing pyrite, by the solvothermal method with ethylene glycol as (C2 H6O2 ) a solvent and thiourea (NH2CSNH2) as a sulphur source was investigated. As the reaction temperature is higher than 300℃, there is pyrite (FeS2) in the product. Theoretical analysis shows that pyrite is the product of pyrrhotite(FeS) oxidized by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) which is the resolved product of thiourea. The alkalinity in the solution can prevent to transform from pyrrhotite to pyrite. Besides, owing to the effect of ethylene glycol, a part of the Fe^2+ is oxidized to form Fe^3+. So, the final product is a mixture of pyrite, pyrrhotite and greigite.
