摘要
社会分层理论有三种主要模式,即功能主义理论、冲突主义理论、协调论。社会分层对高等教育的影响主要表现在高等教育机会、学业成就、教育意愿、就业成功率等。高等教育对社会分层、社会流动的影响则主要是规定和控制入学资格与条件、教育结构、社会地位、发挥选择性作用等。
There are three kinds of main pattern theory of the social stratification ： functionalism theory, conflict theory and coordination theory. The influence of social stratification on higher education exists in higher education chance, study achievement, education will, rates of employment and so on. The influence of higher education on social staratification and the movement of social population is functioned through the regulating and controlling the enrollment qualifications, educational structure, social status and the functions of choice.
