摘要
利用热模拟试验机模拟研究轧制扩散一次成形的可能性。研究了环境(真空、大气条件)、加压和加热过程、变形量以及复合面表面处理状况对复合接头剪切强度的影响,并分析了各种条件下接头的界面结合情况。研究结果对正确选择轧制扩散工艺条件具有参考价值。
The possibility of the rolling diffusion bonding by thermo - simulator system Gleeble 1500D was studied. The effects of the bonding atmosphere, pressing and heating processes, deformation rate and surface treatment on the shear strength of the joints were investigated as well as the bonding between surfaces were analyzed. The results have the reference value for the correct selections of the rolling diffusion bonding parameters.
