摘要
鲜枣的含糖量是评价一个枣品种是否优良的主要技术指标之一．现详细介绍了鲜枣含糖量的测定方法,并对滨州市21个枣品种的含糖量进行了测定与比较,为广大农民优化种植结构、种植优良枣树品种提供科学依据．
Sugar content of fresh date is a standard to appraise, whether it is one of the fine main technical indicators . The text introduces fresh date the measurement of sugar quantity, determines and compares sugar content of date strain about 21 strain of Binzhou. It will provide scientific basis for peasants to optimize the patterns of farming and to plant the strain of fine date tree.
