摘要
目的对草珊瑚[Sarcandraglabra(Thunb)Nakai]的化学成分进行研究。方法用色谱法和光谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果从草珊瑚中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:银线草内酯(Ⅰ),呋喃二烯酮(Ⅱ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ),24-羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ),异美五针松二氢黄酮(Ⅴ),2’,6’-二羟基-4’-甲氧基二氢查耳酮(Ⅵ),7-甲基柚皮素(Ⅶ),刺木骨苷B1(Ⅷ),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ),棕榈酸(Ⅹ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)。结论除化合物Ⅴ和Ⅵ外,其他9个化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。
OBJECTTVE To study the constituents from Sarcandra glabra(Thunb) Nakai. METHODS The compouds were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic metheds, respectively. RESULTS Eleven compouds were isolated and identified as shizukanolide( Ⅰ ), furanodienone ( Ⅱ ), lupeol ( Ⅲ ), 24-hydroxylupeol ( Ⅳ ), pinostrobin ( Ⅴ ), 2', 6'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxydihydrochalcone ( Ⅵ ), 7-methylnaringenin( Ⅶ ), eleutheroside B1 ( Ⅷ ), 3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid( Ⅸ ), palmitic acid( Ⅹ ) and β-sitnsterol( Ⅺ ), respectively. CONCLUSION Compoud Ⅰ-Ⅳ and Ⅶ-Ⅺ are isolated from Sarcandra glabra for the first time.
