摘要
采用30 kV高压电场对茶鲜叶进行处理,结果显示在前45 m in内不同强度的高压电场处理,高压电场倾向于对细胞膜透性的稳定有利,处理长于45 m in细胞膜透性缓慢升高;实验还观察到高静压电场对脂质过氧化产物(MDA)在后期略有加速,β-糖苷酶活性也有所提高,处理45 m in后β-糖苷酶活性比对照平均增幅为5.2%。
Fresh tea leaves were treated with high -voltage (30 kV) electric field. With a time treatment of ≤45 min, different frequencies ( or intensities) of high - voltage electric field were favorable for the maintenance of stability of the permeability of cell membrane while treatment of more than 45 min stimulated membrane permeability. It was observed that peroxidation of lipids ( its product being MDA ) and β-glucosidase activity slightly increased, by 5.2 relatively to the control 45 min after the commencement of the treatment.
