摘要
选取60头体重20kg左右的长白大围子杂交生长猪,以真可消化氨基酸量为基础设计玉米豆粕型日粮.可消化能水平维持15.06 MJ/kg不变,真可消化赖氨酸水平分别为0.72%、0.82%、0.92%、1.02%和1.12%.饲养结果表明:对于20~38kg生长猪,随着饲粮中真可消化赖氨酸水平由0.72%升至0.92%时,平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)和生长强度(growth intensity,GI)均显著提高,料肉比显著下降.但当饲粮真可消化赖氨酸水平继续升高至1.12%时,ADG和GI显著下降,料肉比有升高的趋势.经回归分析,拐点为真可消化赖氨酸水平0.95%,此数据即为推荐的需要量.对于38~70kg生长猪,虽然生长性能指标与饲粮真可消化赖氨酸水平没有线性变化关系,但以饲粮中真可消化赖氨酸水平0.92%时,生产性能达到最佳.
The feed experiment was designed in this study to investigate the true digestibile lysine (Tlys) requirements of growing local breed pigs. Sixty crossbred [Landrace × Daweizi (a Chinese local breed)] growing pigs, initial body weight about 20 kg, equivalent number of female and male, were used for this feeding trial. The basal diet was formulated with the true digestibility of amino acids of each feed and contained net energy at 16.06 MJ/kg. The results of the feeding trail showed that the ADG (average daily gain) and GI (growth intensity) increased significantly (P(0. 01, or P〈0. 05), FCR (feed conversion rate) decreased (P〉0.05), as dietary Tlys concentration increased from 0.72% to 0. 92% for 20 to 38 kg BW (body weight). When dietary Tlys concentration increased from 0.92% to 1.12%, ADG and GI decreased significant]y (P〈0.05), FCR trended to increase. With the regression analysis, the performance of growing local pigs (20 to 38 kg BW) was the optimal when the dietary Tlys concentration was 0.95%. As far as 38 to 70 kg BW pigs were concerned, there were no differences (P)0.05) in ADG, FCR. The ADG of Tlys 0.92% was the maximum, and FCR was the minimum. So the recommendation Tlys requirement of growing pigs (38 to 70 kg BW) was 0.92%.
