摘要
人民陪审制度是国家审判机关吸收非职业法官参加案件的事实审判的制度。作为一项重要的司法民主制度,人民陪审制度具有两个基本价值:司法民主和司法公正。
The people＇s jury system is the system that the national judicial organs bring the case to trial with unprofessional judges. As an important judicial democracy system, it has two basic values judicial democracy and judicial impartiality.
