Synthesis and crystal structure of a novel cadmium(Ⅱ) complex

摘要 合成了新型2-(1,3-二硫戊环-2-亚基)丙二酸镉(Ⅱ)配合物[Cd(py)3(dyma)2](py=吡啶,dyma=2-(1,3-二硫戊环-2-亚基)丙二酸),并通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射等手段对其结构进行了表征.Cd(py)3(dyma)2属于单斜晶系:空间群为C2/c;晶胞参数a=1.677 28(10)nm,b=0.925 63(5)nm,c=1.971 70(12)nm,β=91.857 0(10)°,V=3.059 6(3)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.650 g.cm-3,μ(MoKα)=10.04 mm-1,F(000)=1 536,R1=0.033 3,wR2=0.089 4.中心Cd原子与3个吡啶氮原子和2个dyma的羧基氧原子配位,构成以Cd原子为中心的扭曲的四方锥结构.在Cd(py)3(dyma)2分子中,有6个未配位的O原子,具有六齿配体的特征. The cadmium( Ⅱ) complex, [ CA (py) 3 (dyma) 2 ] ( py = pyridine, dyma = 2 - ( 1,3 - dithiolan - 2- ylidene)malonic acid) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT- IR spectroscopy and single crystal X- ray diffraction analysis. Cd(py)3(dyma)2 belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c, a = 1. 677 28 (10) nm, b = 0. 925 63 (5) nm, c = 1. 971 75 (12) nm,β = 91. 857 0 ( 10)^*, V = 3.059 6(3) nm^-3,Z = 4, Dc = 1. 650 mg/cm^3,μ(Mo Kα) = 10.04 cm^-1, F(000) = 1 536, R1 = 0. 033 3, ωR2= 0. 089 4. The central cadmium atom in CA (py) 3 (dyma) = exhibits a five - coordination environment with two oxygen and three nitrogen atoms, leading to distorted square - pyramidal coordination geometry.
