摘要
目的:探讨经络的经脉血气运行的功能及物质基础.方法:通过回顾和总结现代经络科学研究的发展和方向,结合近10年关于经脉血气运行的功能及物质基础的一些发现和看法,进行综合分析。结果:人体可通过改变穴位这个“动力泵”的震幅而其固有频率保持不变,也就是改变了“动力泵”的输出功率,从而使相应的循经低流阻通道流质的流速改变,达到调控物质和能量传输交换活动的目的。人体可能存在着“生物电循环调控机制”,经脉是生物电的传输主干道,而穴位是生物电的“调控站”。人体通过“生物电循环调控机制”维持着人体内外环境间、内环境各组织细胞间的动态平衡。结论:经脉血气运行的功能可能在于:使人这一整体中的各种细胞能够有机地组织起来而具有各种功能并服从人的整体意志,与整体意志相合拍的细胞就能够得以生存发展,而与之相违背的细胞就只能在竞争中遭到淘汰。其物质基础可能就是“人体定向水环境调控体系”。
AIM： To study the running of blood and qi in meridian and its material base. METHODS： Comprehensive analysis was done on the findings and opinions about running of blood and qi in meridian and its material base in the past ten years combined with retrospective analysis and summary of the development and direction of modern study on meridian. RESULTS： Amplitude of acupoints, a power pump, in body could be changed with the influence maintained, that is, only the output of power pump is changed, so as to change the correspondent flow rate of liquid in meridlan-evidenced low flow resistance channel to regulate transmission and exchange between material and capacity. Circulating regulating mechanism of bioelectricity may exist in human body, meridian is the main channel for bioelectricity transmission, and acupoints are the regulator spot of bioelectricity. Dynamic balances between internal and external environment and among different histocytes in vivo are kept through circulating regulating mechanism of bioelectricity. CONCLUSION： Running of blood and qi may make different cells organited together to possess various functions and obey the whole volition of human. Cells combined with the whole volition of human can survive; otherwise, they are just weeded in the competition. Orientated water regulating system in human body may be the material base.
