摘要
采取水蒸气蒸馏法提取华山参中的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱连用技术分离和分析,用面积归一法测各组分相对含量.结果从挥发油的87个峰中鉴定出35个化合物,所鉴定的组分占挥发油色谱总峰面积的81.6%.主要成分为:丁二醇,3-呋喃甲醇,3,4-二甲氧基甲苯,3-甲氧基-4-丙氧基苯甲醛,十三酸,7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素,2-硝基苯甲酸,1-十三碳烯,1-十七碳炔.
The Essential Oil from Physochlaine infundibularis Kuang was extracted by steam distillation, then separated and analysed by GC/MS. The amount of the components from essential oil was determined by normalization method. 35 components were identified, which cover 81.6 % of the identified compounds. The main compounds are 2, 3-Butanediol, 3-Furanmethanol, 3, 4-Dimethoxytoluene, 3-Methoxy-4-propoxybenzaldehyd, Tridecanoic acid, 7-Hydroxy-6-methoxybenzopyrone, 2-nitro-Benzoic acid, 1-Tridecene, and 1-Heotadecvne.
