摘要
在调研已报道文献的基础上,选取了一条可行的合成呋虫胺中间体3-四氢呋喃甲醇的路线,并以此为依据,通过优化工艺过程和工艺条件,高收率地得到了产品。
Based on the previous reports,synthetic route of 3-hydroxymethyl tetrahydrofuran suitable to industrialization was selected,according to which technological process and conditions were optimized as high yield of product gained.
