摘要
提出一条利用啤酒废酵母生产高附加值产品鸡肉味香精、酵母精和RNA,并将剩余的酵母残渣生产优质饲料的综合开发路线,既提高了啤酒废酵母的经济价值,又实现了生产过程无废物排放。
A comprehensive utilization of used brewer's yeast has been brought forward in this paper. It can be used to produce meat flavour, yeast extract and RNA that are all high value added products. And the leftover can also be used as feed of quality. So, not only the value of waste beer yeast has been improved, but also no waste is produced in the process.
