摘要
目的:评价灰阶超声结合多普勒参数诊断颅外颈内动脉狭窄的价值。资料与方法:回顾性研究经DSA证实的36例患者39根颅外颈内动脉狭窄的超声资料,参照文献所述的多普勒参数诊断颈内动脉狭窄的分级方法,分析灰阶超声测定的直径狭窄率及其与多普勒参数结合测定的狭窄程度,并将两者分别同DSA结果进行对比。结果:单纯灰阶超声测定的直径狭窄率与DSA符合率79.5%(31/39),结合多普勒参数测定的诊断符合率87.2%(34/39)。结论:灰阶超声结合多普勒参数可以提高颅外颈内动脉狭窄的诊断符合率。当灰阶超声发现颅外颈内动脉存在50%以上的狭窄时,多普勒参数应该作为常规测量的指标参与颅外颈内动脉狭窄程度的评价。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of extracranial internal carotid artery stenosis using gray- scale Ultrasound and Doppler parameters. Materials and Methods Uhrasonographic data of 39 EICAs with stenosis of 36 patients were analyzed retrospectively. According to the spectral Doppler US thresholds reported by document to diagnose EICA stenosis,the diameter stenosis rate measured by gray-scale US and the stenosis degree of gray-scale US combine with Doppler parameters were compared with DSA respectively. Results The corresponding rate was 79. 5%(31/39)and 87. 2%(34/39)between gray-scale US and DSA and between gray-scale US combine with Doppler parameter and DSA, respectively. Conclusion The corresponding rate of diagnosing EICA stenosis can be improved by using gray-scale US combined with Doppler parameters. Especially,when stenosis over 50% was be found by US, Doppler parameters should be routinely considered measuring index for evaluating the stenosis of EICA.
