摘要
目的:研究脑缺血时眼动脉的血流动力学改变特征。方法:使用GE Logiq7型彩色超声诊断仪,选择经颅多普勒超声技术(TCD)检查确诊的单侧脑缺血病例50例,采用自体对侧对照方法,应用彩色超声多谱勒血流成像(CDFI)技术,观测脑缺血时眼动脉血流动力学参数。结果:发现眼动脉血流符合颅内动脉的血流动力学特点,频谱波形呈低阻力型。当颈内动脉狭窄引起脑缺血时,眼动脉与脑动脉发生相似的血流动力学改变,眼动脉的平均血流速度(Vmean)、最大血流速度(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)较前均明显降低,而最小血流速度(Vmin)不发生明显改变。结论:根据眼动脉血流动力学改变情况,可以间接反映脑血流动力学的变化,作为判断脑缺血疾病一种新的诊断方法。
Objective to study the changble character of the ophthalmie arterial hemodynamics In cerebral Ischemia.
