摘要
本研究应用属特异单抗和分属噬菌体对102株疑似沙门氏菌分离株进行鉴定,并以标准程序作验证。结果表明,属特异单抗ELISA反应阳性的77株菌株中,76株为沙门氏菌,1株为弗劳地氏柠檬酸杆菌;而分属噬菌体O-I裂解阳性的74株细菌中,72株为沙门氏菌,2株为大肠杆菌,同时出现了漏检。这预示着属特异单抗试剂在沙门氏菌鉴定和快速检验中有很广阔的应用前景。
A comparative study of identification of bacteria isolates with Salmonella gcnerically-specific monoclonal antibodies CB8,de7 and Bacteriophagcs specific forr Salmonella sp. , Es -cherichia coli.Citrobacter frcundii .Enterobacter cloacae , Shigella sp. , respectivaly , was performed, and the results were parallelly checked up by conventional procedure. A total of 102 bactceria isolates including 76 Salmonellae were recognized correctly by the MAbs ,whereas 72 out of 70 Salmonellae were identified by Felix Salmonella phage O-I. Only one isolate of Citrobacter frcundii among the rest 26 nun-Salmonella spp. was slightly reacted with the MAbs. while 2. E. coli isolates had typically Salmonella lytic pattern with bactcriophages. All the results suggested that the generically-specific MAbs could be used as a new diagnostic reagent for identification of Salmonella and rapid detection of Salmonellae in contaminated samples.
