摘要
采用有机溶剂和柱层析两种方法提取分离水飞蓟果实中的有效药理成分，经定性反应和薄层层析等方法鉴定，主要药理成分为水飞蓟宾（Ｓｉｌｙｂｉｎ）。４００ｇ水飞蓟油渣用两种方法分别提取３．８４ｇ（得率０．９６％）和２．６９（得率０．６５％）水飞蓟宾。
The effective pharmacological compositions from the fruit of Silvbum Marianum(L.)Gaertn were extracted and separated with two methods:organic solvent and columnchromatography.Through identification of qualitative reaction and thin layer chromato-graphy etc.,it was proved that the main pharmacological composition was Silybin3.84g(gain rate0.96%)and 2.60g(gain rate 0.65%)Silybin were extracted from 400g oildregs of Silybum Marianum(L.) Gaertn respectively.
