摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿咳喘灵颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Analytical Technology(AT)C18柱(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相;检测波长为327 nm;流速为1 ml·min-1;室温操作。结果: 绿原酸在0.083—0.83μg的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.7%。结论:该法简便、准确可靠,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in xiaoerkechuanling granules by HPLC. Method: Analytical Technology(AT) C18 column( 200 mm× 4.6 mm ,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution( 13:87 ). The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^ -1. Result: The chloro- genic acid showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 083-0.83μg( r = 0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 99.2% (RSD = 0.7% ). The column temperature was R.T. Conclusion : This method is simple and reliable. It can be used for quality control of the xiaoerkechuanling granules.
