摘要
目的:观察薤白对小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清法,对淋巴细胞介导红细胞溶血的分光光度法(QHS)进行探讨。结果:结果表明薤白能增加脾脏、胸腺的重量,增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,还能增加QHS值。结论:薤白既可以促进单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,还能提高机体的特异性免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the influence of Polymeric Materials on the non-specific and specific immunity function of mouse. Methods: Carbon grain Kuo clear law was adopted to discuss the photometry of beam splitter of the hemolysis of red blood cell (QHS). Results: Polymeric Materials could increase the weight of spleen and thymus. Also Polymeric Materials could increase carbon grain Kuo clear index K, swallow index α and QHS value. Conclusions: Polymeric Materials can promote the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage and raise the specific immunity function of organism.
