亚致死剂量溴氰菊酯对麦穗鱼谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的影响 被引量:9

Effects of deltamethrin on specific activities and tissue distribution of glutathione S-transferase in Pseudorasbora parva

摘要 本文研究了麦穗鱼Pseudorasboraparva谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的组织分布以及亚致死剂量的溴氰菊酯对其比活力和组织分布的影响。结果表明肝胰脏、肠、鳃、卵巢、肾、脾脏、鳔、肌肉谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)活性分别占41.73%、14.31%、12.11%、10.10%、8.62%、5.23%、4.33%和3.58%。用溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量活体处理麦穗鱼120h后,卵巢和肾GSTs的活性与对照组具有显著差异,活性提高1.85倍;肠和鳃的GSTs活性分别是对照组的1.40倍和1.44倍;对肝脏GSTs活性的诱导不显著。这表明溴氰菊酯对麦穗鱼不同组织部位诱导的时间效应和强度是不同的。 The paper has investigated the effect of dehamethrin on the specific activities and tissue distribution of glutathione S-transferase (GSTs) in topmouth gudgeon (Pseudorasbora parva) by using the CDNB as substrate to determine the the GSTs activity conjugating with GSH. The results of our investigation shows that the percentages of GSTs specific activities in the liver, intestines, gill, ovary, kidney, spleen, bladder and muscle are respectively 41.73%, 14.31%, 12.11% ,10.10% ,8.62% , 5.23%, 4.33% and 3.58% of the total GSTs activity in the Pseudorasbora parva. The specific activities of GSTs prove to increase by 1.85 times in ovary and kidney, by 1.40 times in intestines, and by 1.44 times in gill respectively in 120 h after treatment with deltamethrin (the final concentration is 0.0003mg/ L) in contrast with the corresponding controlled groups. However, the specific activities of GSTs of the liver prove not to be significantly induced. The levels of induction can be found different among the above mentioned tissues dependent on the time treatment. However, the sublethal dehamethrin prove to fail in not affecting the distributing trend of GSTs activity of the different tissues of Pseudorasbora parva.
