摘要
管理人员的技能水平决定了企业的经营状况和发展前景。通过大量对大学生,尤其是管理类大学生,以及相关用人单位的调查,明确高校毕业生综合能力与用人单位实际需求之间的差距,进而确定管理学科高校毕业生就业力的内涵及构成要素,对推进管理学科人才培养模式的改革和人才培养质量的提高,推动经济发展与社会进步,有着重要的现实意义。
The skill levels of management personnel determine the enterprise's state of operation and development prospect. Through the survey to a lot of college students,especially students who study in management,and the related employing units,explicating the differences between the comprehensive ability of college graduates and the actual demand of employing units,and then confirming the connotation and components of the graduate' s employ ability at the college management discipline,it has important significance to promote the reformation of discipline talents' training mode and the improvement of talents' cultivation quality and promote economic development and social progress.
