Exploration and Practice of“Four-Drive and Four-Integration”Stable Employment Based on the Cultivation of College Students’Employment Competitiveness

摘要大学生就业竞争力为检验高校人才培养质量的直接标准,其在求职就业阶段很大程度上直接决定毕业生未来就业去向,也间接反映出用人单位在择人方面的标准和观念。基于培养大学生就业竞争力形成的“四驱四融”稳就业人才培养模式,充分发挥政府引导、企业导向、家庭配合、学校主导优势,建立政府、学校、企业、家庭“四驱联动”,积极拓展校政企家共育新途径。高校应进一步扮演好桥梁与纽带角色,做好“专思”“专创”、校政、校企“四融结合”,切实提升大学生就业竞争力,进而缓解当前就业压力。 As a direct criterion to test the quality of talents training in colleges and universities,the employment competitiveness of college students directly determines the future employment direction of graduates to a large extent in the employment stage,and indirectly reflects the standard and idea of employers in selecting talents.Based on the cultivation of college students'employment competitiveness,the“four-drive and four-integration”stable employment talent training mode gives full play to the advantages of government guidance,enterprise orientation,family cooperation and school dominance,establishing the“four-drive linkage”of government,school,enterprise and family,and actively expands the new way of co-education of school,government,family and enterprise.Colleges and universities further play a good role as a bridge,doing a good job in integrating of professional education and ideological and political education,professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,school and government,school and enterprise,effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of college students,and then alleviate the current employment pressure.
