摘要
本文通过理论分析和仿真计算指出:认真选择重合时机,第二次故障冲击不仅不会造成稳定性破坏,而且会有效地阻尼系统的摇摆,尽快使振荡平息。最佳重合条件为:当送电侧的功角由最大开始减小和角速度达负最大值之前。最佳重合时间受故障前运行状态、故障条件的影响而变化。按最严重故障条件计算得出的最佳重合时间整定重合闸,可以避免由于重合于永久故障而造成系统不稳定,并有效地阻尼摇摆。文中给出最佳重合时间的计算步骤,采用这种重合闸技术不需要增加或改变任何控制设备,实现简单。
This paper presents that the optimal reclosing time for transmission lines is selected as before the power angle at sending end begins to reduce from its maximum and the angular speed of the generator is becoming negative maximum. This paper also outlines the algorithm and steps for offline calculation of the optimal reclosing time using step by step integration method. Basic simulation studies show that when reclosing time is optimaly selected by this technique,it will not only stabilize the system but also damp out the oscillation remarkably. When applied in a practical system it will increase the system stability significantly.
