摘要
目的 :观察外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法 :对38例外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体植入术患者手术时机、手术中特殊情况的处理及术后并发症进行分析。结果 :术后矫正视力在0 5以上23例(占60 5 %)。结论
Objective: To observe the effect of artificial lens implantation in the treatment of post-traumatic cataract. Methods: To analyze the optimal time of the operation, the treatment of special situation of operation and postoperative complications. Results: The visions of 23 cases of the patients became over 0.5 (60.5%). Conclusion: The artificial lens implantation is the best method for treating posttraumatic cataract.
