摘要
对3个K型新质核互作不育系的育性和变异特性研究表明,K型不育系的花粉构成特征与野败型不育系相似,但包颈度和包粒率低于野败型不育系。其开花高峰比保持系早,并具两个峰点,明显不同于野败型不育系珍汕97A。
The sterility and outcrossing characteristics of three new cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) lines with japonica-cytoplasm-indica-nucleus were studied.The results show thatthe sterile pollen components of these CMS lines are similar to that of Zhen Shan 97A,awild abortion(WA)CMS line as a check line. Whereas ,their neck-node unemergedpercentage and unemerged spikelet rate are significantly lower than that of Zhen Shan97A. Moreover,their flowering behavior is different from that of Zhen Shan 97A. Wesuggest that such a difference be a result of the effect of the K-type cytoplasm.
